The liquid contained in the handle transfers the warmth of the hand to the dipper and the ice cream simply slides off the scoop. Perfect balls of ice-cream are easily formed with a minimum of effort. Particularly suitable for hard frozen ice cream. Please note: Do not heat the dipper over 140°F 60°C.
