The surface of the roller should be kept clean. If it is found that the surface impurities cannot be scrubbed off, the roller should be removed and polished. In the process of operation, when the film adheres to the roller, the machine stops, and then the machine can start operation after the roller is cleaned. When cleaning the roller, be careful to prevent the cloth or hands from squeezing in, causing personal injury and roller damage. <br>2. When the machine is not working, the rollers should be separated from each other, so that the rubber rollers are in a loose state, so as to prevent the rubber rollers from being damaged by compression deformation. <br>3. The connecting bolts of each component should be checked frequently. <br>4. The machine must be reliably grounded to prevent electric shock. <br> <br>Operation Method <br>1. Assemble the machine correctly, and install the film roll, the backing paper winding roll and the finished product winding roll appropriately. <br>2. Connect the machine to the 110V power supply with reliable grounding. <br>3. Turn on the power switch, set the heating temperature as needed, and the machine starts heating. <br>4. After the laminating temperature reaches the set temperature, turn on the start button, and the machine starts running. <br>5. Place the paper to be laminated on the conveying platform, and the paper is automatically fed into the machine and subjected to laminating operation. <br>6. In the laminating process, the backing paper can be automatically wound, and the finished product is also automatically wound. <br>7.
