This one bedroom condo features everything you could hope for in your home base for your visit to Bayfield: lake views, literally steps to the beach, modern design & decor, fully-outfitted kitchen, and walking distance to everything in Bayfield. This unit features an open plan kitchen-dining-living space that opens up to your own private balcony. You’ll find the kitchen well-outfitted should you wish to meal prep during your stay. The bathroom is updated and spacious.

Be aware that sound and vibration travel easily in this building. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep voices and TV levels down and please walk softly on stairway as well as inside the condo.
Smoking of any kind, including e-cigs, is strictly prohibited either in or outside the condos or anywhere on the premises.
There are 2 picnic tables and 2 weber grills available for use by guests and residents of all units.
Bike racks are also available by the parking lot.

Located on the beach right in downtown Bayfield. You can walk to a wide range of locally-owned shops, restaurants, galleries, and museums. And yet the condo is set far enough away from the main drag to not feel like you're too in the middle of everything.

Bayfield is a very walkable city, so your best bet is on foot. We are just a couple blocks from all the shops and restaurants in downtown Bayfield.

Off street parking in lot for one car. Plenty of street parking available, except during Applefest weekend in October. Less than 15 minute drive to Mt. Ashwabay ski hill, Big Top Chautauqua, hiking trails, beaches, and more.

Public transportation on the peninsula is provided by the Bay Area Rural Transit (BART), more information can be found on their website.

An EV charging station is located in the parking lot on the corner of Washington Ave. and E. 6th St. in Washburn.

The following shuttles and ferries are also accessible on foot from Reiten Boatyard:

- The Madeline Island Ferry will take you out to Madeline Island and runs regularly during the late spring, summer, fall, and much of the winter.
- The BART Bus runs regularly through Bayfield and around Chequamegon Bay for a modest fee.
- Big Top Chautauqua runs shuttles for most of for their concerts and events.

This updated & modern one bedroom ground floor condo has everything you could need for a truly memorable (and comfortable) vacation! This ground level, one bedroom unit features an open plan kitchen-dining-living space that opens up to your own private balcony overlooking the lake (perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails). The kitchen is incredibly well-outfitted for any meal you’d like to concoct, with a dining table for four that also looks out at the lake. The bathroom is updated with a shower/tub combo. The bedroom has a comfy queen-size bed & the living room sofa pulls out into another full-size bed.

We love how well this unit flows - it’s somehow both airy and cozy. The owners just updated the unit to enhance its clean & modern design focus, with fresh paint, light fixtures & artwork. And nothing can beat enjoying the beautiful beach that is literally steps away!

The condo is located an easy walk to Bayfield's myriad charming shops & restaurants as well as the ferry to Madeline Island. It's also a perfect jumping off point to all of the incredible things to see & do throughout the greater Chequamegon Bay area.

One of our favorite features is the wonderful community garden that is adjacent to the condo building. There's few better places in the warmer months to enjoy a book or just take in the gorgeous flowers & plants in this "secret garden" setting.

The unit also features a rarity in the area: air conditioning, as well as high-speed wifi and cable tv. Non working fireplace-ornamental only.
